This service assists injection drug users and other
substance abusers with preventative messages and
materials, referrals, shelter, food, Sober Living
facilities and to reduce the risk of HIV
transmission. If participants choose to stop using,
we can assist them with referrals for inpatient
treatment.

We provide information about the transmission,
detection and treatment of HIV/AIDS while
providing a safe, confidential and warm
environment for women to learn about their status,
share their concerns and participate in their own
empowerment.

| MISSION STATEMENT |

Our mission is building reality, Unity, Caring & Empowerment to all people. We are committed to assisting persons living with HIV/ AIDS, Cancer, Mental Health issues and recovery from drugs and alcohol. We provide comprehensive health care, HIV education and prevention.
We are dedicated to eradicating all forms of oppression, racism and sexism in the Long Beach area, and to develop a positive attitude of spiritual, social justice and change. Project Wholeness & Wellness B,R.U.C.E. is a set of HIV-related programs and services distinguished as a separate programmatic entity from its parent 501 (c)(3) corporation Unity Fellowship Church Long Beach.
Project Wholeness & Wellness B.R.U,C.E. continues to assist persons living with HIV/AIDS and provides HIV prevention services, including but not limited to, prevention, education, intervention, public policy advocacy, program services, research development and psychosocial case management.
